DUNGEON

"Hey bitch!" I suddenly heard someone yell at my back. Immediately I turned to see who it was, and a resounding slap landed on my cheeks. 

It was Lucinda. "Why would you slap me, Lucinda? Huh?" I asked as tears welled in my eyes, threatening to fall on my cheeks.

" I would slap you again, bitch" she said as she landed another heavy slap on my cheeks. For a second, I nearly went deaf.

"Why did you make eye contact with my boyfriend!!" She yelled as she slapped me again. 

"I would teach you a miserable lesson that you would never forget in the long run," she said. 

She tried slapping me again and I held her hands and pushed her back, making her fall on her butt. 

Her minions blared their sharp canines at me as a sign of readiness to fight. Lucinda blared her sharp canines at me also and scratched me with her claws. "Ahhh!!" I yelled in pain. 

I slapped her so hard on the cheek, leaving a big bloody mark there. This infuriated Lucinda and her minions even more. She made her minions pin me to the ground as she started landing kicks and blows on all parts of my body, especially my stomach. I yelled and thrashed in pain as I spat out thick chunks of blood. 

Lorelei was trying to quicken my healing process but it was really difficult because even though I was strong, I rarely shifted into my wolf form, unlike other werewolves in my pack. 

Suddenly, Drayton, the son of my pack Alpha came up to us. It turned out that the werewolves training on the field noticed the noise and came to see what was happening. 

"What is going on here?" Drayton asked as he watched I and Lucinda. 

"And what are you doing here Omega?" He said scornfully. 

"She started it, Drayton," Lucinda said as she burst into fake tears. 

Drayton's eyes fell on the scratch mark on her cheeks that was already healing up and his eyes darkened. 

"Who did this to you?" He asked, this time in an icy tone. 

"She did it," Lucinda said as she continued to feign tears. " You stupid Omega!!" he roared, dragging me by the hair to stand up, totally ignoring the fact that I was all bruised up, struggling to heal. 

" Ouch!" I winced in pain as I stared at him in the eyes. 

" Please, you are hurting me" I managed to say, still in pain. 

" Shut the fuck up," he said coldly, my pleas falling on deaf ears. 

"How dare you touch my girlfriend with your filthy hands even to the point of hurting her!!" He roared as his eyes glistened with hate and anger.

"What gave you the guts to do so, huh?" He said, still grabbing me tightly on my head. 

"You even disobeyed the order that you are never supposed to bring the training field, never!!" He roared.

"Please I am so sorry" I begged. 

"Don't worry, you would be punished accordingly" he said as he smirked.

Drayton threw me on the ground, releasing my hair as I let out a sigh of relief. 

" Guards, take her to the dungeon" I heard him say as my eyes widened in shock and fear. 

" No please, I am sorry, I would never do it again" I screamed as two hefty guards marched up to me, ready to bundle me out of the field to the dungeon. 

I could see Lucinda smirking as she wrapped her arms around Drayton. 

The guards dragged me to the dungeon and threw me on the floor before locking it up. 

I stayed in the dungeon for a night and mice were there to keep me company. 

In the morning, I was released from the dungeon. 

"Come here!!" I heard someone say behind me as I headed to my room. 

It was a guard. 

"Luna said you should go clean up the stable house immediately," the guard said as I groaned inwardly. 

I just got out of the dungeon and had not even had my bath or had any food for two days now. 

I started heading to the stable. On arrival, I saw Finn already cleaning the barn and the horses. Immediately he saw me, he quickly ran towards me. 

"Olivia, how are you? I heard you were put in the dungeon yesterday, what did you do? did you get into a fight again?" he bombarded me with questions.

" One question at a time Finn," I said as I picked my brush and a bucket of water to start cleaning.

" I got into a fight with Lucinda" I answered truthfully as I started scrubbing one of the horses. 

" Why? You should have ignored her" Finn whined. 

" She slapped me first, and it is hard to just ignore that bitch" I said. 

" But, why were you put into the dungeon?" Finn asked 

" Well.. apparently, Drayton saw me in the training field and he was angry that I disobeyed the order of staying away from the training field and also getting into a fight with Lucinda," I said. 

" Why are you so stubborn, Olivia, you should not have gone to the training field," he said as I rolled my eyes, ignoring him.

He didn't say anything else after that as we quietly did our work. By the time we were done cleaning the stable, it was already afternoon.

We also had to do other things like cleaning the pack house, washing all the dishes and other things. 

After doing everything we had to do, we headed to a little lake that was not so far from the pack house to have our bath. 

"Olivia, how do you feel turning 18 tomorrow without a mate or a wolf?" Finn asked me as we removed our clothes to enter the lake. I didn't remove all my clothes, I was still putting on a tiny fabric that covered my boobs and private parts. He too was still putting on his underwear. 

"I don't know," I simply said as we both entered the lake.

Even though Finn was my best friend, I didn't tell him that I had gotten my wolf. Omega was supposed to be without a mate and a wolf for life, it was just like a curse. 

After taking our bath, we wore out the neat clothes that we brought along with us and started heading back to the pack house. 

"Olivia, I am so hungry," Finn said as I took pity on him. 

"Let's go back to our room first, I would go to the kitchen and see what I can get," I said. 

"Okay," he answered as I heard his tummy rumble even more.

We arrived at the room and he entered inside while I headed to the kitchen to get something we could eat. 

In the kitchen, I quietly headed to the cupboard. I took three bagels and immediately put some soup on a plate before rushing out of the kitchen with the food to avoid being caught. I could hear the silent breathings of the pack members through my heightened hearing. I immediately dashed back to our room. 

"Thank God you are back safely Olivia," Finn said as I gave him his share of the food. 

We ate in silence as we devoured the food hungrily.

After eating, we laid down on our little bed and Finn immediately drifted off to sleep. I couldn't blame him because he was really tired after the hard day's work. 

I couldn't sleep, I was thinking about what would really happen tomorrow. Will I find my mate or not? Will he accept or reject me as an omega? I frowned. If my mate rejected me, I couldn't bear it. 

"Moon goddess, please let me find my mate tomorrow, and may he not reject me" I prayed as I closed my eyes. 

I then drifted off to sleep with only one thought 

Would my mate really accept me?
