Chapter 5

JENNY'S POV

I saw my exact image standing before me.

"Woah.. " I screamed out loud as that startled me but had him in front of me within a second." What is it? " Sebastian asked as he turned to the direction I was scrutinizing at.

"My.. myself.." I said, pointing at it.

Soon I saw Sebastian's image appear too. He gazed at me weirdly for some time, smirking in frustration before he burst into laughter.

",Ha ha... What the...heck" he continued laughing before I calmed down after thinking the situation would be ok.

"Darn! You got startled by a mirror " he said as he tried to make out his last giggle.

"Ohhh..? ", I said in a questioning tone like I remembered something. The mirror was too long that it had my whole image in it. Also, I couldn't figure out if there was something in there because of how it was placed. I walked toward the mirror and peeked at myself again and again. I moved very close to it, touching the mirror like I could feel my face in it. I stretched my arm as the image in the mirror stretched hers too. I moved backward and it moved too. It was getting interesting before I stepped on his feet while moving backward. I realized that Sebastian was still standing behind, gaping at me.

"I'm... Sorry" I said with a low, touching voice.

"It's fine" he replied, quickly twinkling his eyes away and clearing his throat.

"Uhm... Your Tea would soon be ready". He uttered and moved out considerately.

I paused for some time then turned to look at the mirror again. The next thing I saw was my falling hair after I turned to face the mirror. I held it and arranged it to fall on the right side. I couldn't believe what I saw the last night, the way it turned white completely. The most surprising was how my voice echoed in different tones. I scattered my hair again after thinking about it then moved out to the bedroom. I met Sebastian sitting by the bedside before I recognized that I was not complete. I turned back before I heard his bold voice from behind.

" Have this... ", Sebastian said stretching a black bag. I walked toward him and said...

"what is it?"

"Take this before you go" he replied as I glimpsed at him.

I said "ok" and takes the bag from him.

"Go put it on before the mirror," he said as I turned to go. I opened the bag and saw lady dresses in it. I looked down speechlessly as I moved back to the closet. I stood before the mirror again and removed the dresses from the bag. They were in three sets. The first were two different gowns. the second set was a black skirt with a hoody, and the third were lady undies.

I took a red glamorous dress and faced the mirror with it. It was a long sleeve gown. The second one was a yellow short sleeve gown.

I put on the red gown immediately and moved sideways before the mirror, smiling after seeing how gorgeous I look. The dress was too beautiful that I almost forget to put on my undies. I gaped at myself for some time before I turned to move back to the bedroom.

"Ohh" I shouted as I almost hit him.

Sebastian was standing behind me but I don't know how long he's been there.

"You startled me, " I said breathing heavily.

"Sorry"....

"Wait, Wait, I.... thought we are standing before a mirror and... Your image literally didn't reflect..? " I asked surprisingly as he tried to apologize.

Then he held my arm ," Calm down please, I can make it show and I can make it not.... If I want. That's why we are mythical creatures, we have special abilities. Sebastian explained after the fear in me finds its way down my spine.

He then continued saying...

"I only came to check on the gown and... How it fits your..."

"Thank you,..... for everything, Sebastian" I appreciated, not allowing him to continue his explanation.

"It's ok", he replied.

"Hmm," I sigh and said "ok". We gazed at each other for a long time before we head to the bedroom together. I met a table, and on it, a cup of tea was placed. Beside the cup was a sliced loaf of bread and an extra kettle of stainless steel for extra hot water. There was also a tin of milk and extra powdered tea in a can.

"your tea is ready," he said pointing at the table. I moved toward it and sat. I took the first spoon and gave a bite to the first slice I could reach. After tasting how delicious it was, I tried to rush it, and then somebody pushed his way into the bedroom. It was a tall guy with red hair. No, It turned out that his hair wasn't red after I stared closely. Rather, he puts a red dye. I couldn't see his face clearly because of his action at first.

He came stretching and saying " why the heck didn't you wake me today". He stretched his arms, body, and legs while closing his eyes. I could still say, he has not seen anyone. I held my slice of bread and was still watching him before Sebastian said.

"Can't you knock..?, dude.

" When last did I give a damn about that?" the guy said in a joking tone but surprised after he opened his eyes and saw me sitting on the table beside Sebastian.

"Ohh".. He cried out surprisingly.
