Tears poured down my cheeks, my heart squeezing tight with anxiety and fear. Dwight had snatched my phone and walked away, his back turned towards my. I stumbled to my feet and clutched at his arm, trying to take my phone back so I could speak to Asha.

“Dwight, please,” I begged, wincing when his free hand closed around my wrist painfully. “Stop this.”
