Staring at the door, I absently rubbed at the hurt in my chest, my brows furrowed.

Was I making the right decision?

Maybe I was being silly, or maybe I was just overreacting, but Asha’s reaction could only mean that it was true, right? He had killed his mate and didn’t want me to know.
