I watched as Megan went over and started to talk to Jill. I made sure to stay in the background. I did not want to get in the way. I knew that she hated me right now and she had every right to. I just didn’t want her to punish and push away her friends because of it. I was hoping that she would be ok with Megan and James staying here with her. I knew that she could protect herself, but it would be piece of mind knowing that James was with her. While I was stood in the background I heard some of her men grumbling about her choice of Beta. Apparently she set a competition that whoever caught the witch first would become her Beta and a skinny gay wolf won.
