His lips neared mine and for a moment, I thought we were going to kiss. My lips followed his but he stepped back. I swallowed as my eyes remained glued to his face, I was scared of my gaze dropping lower. But I took bold steps forward to close the space between us. I could tell that he was surprised as he looked down at me. His fingers raised to my face and trailed my face slowly leaving a train of sweetness.
