Chapter 73

There was a momentary blackout in the mall, disrupting activities. However the lights came on immediately, shading off any commotion that was starting to occur. That was about five minutes ago and that's how long Selena has been gone. Julio was starting to get impatient, not because he was talking time but his guts telling her something was wrong. In fact he was more worried and less impatient.

How long would it take for her to change? He wondered and told himself to wait for another one minute before going in search of her. He looked around and found every other person minding their business. The attendants were back in positions and the mall's activities went on, nuzzling with people here and there.

A minute later and Selena was not back. The hair at the back of his head stood up and Julio sprang up from his seat.
