Chapter 70 - Hana

I pulled my jacket tighter like a security blanket as we entered the hotel lobby. There weren’t many people, but there were enough, and they were all looking at us with those judgmental gazes. Albert put his arm around me, hanging back while Aidan went to check in at the front desk. I suppose there was no need for us to all walk up for check-in. There was no point drawing even more attention to our unusual dynamic.
