Chapter 10

Allison

 Jade bring me to the training ground to witness the newly shifted wolves for their first training. 

Most of the warriors are bulky, trained well, and fit. 

"Good morning, Luna," I heard a small voice beside me. I saw two deep brown eyes, smiling at me. He's cute, maybe at the age of 6. 

"Hi, good morning!" I greeted him back. He shyly smiled at me.  I messed up his blonde hair, which made him groan. 

"My name is Altaire, Luna," he replied.  "Hi, Altaire, what are you doing here?" I asked. 

"I just wanna see you, Luna, it is true, you are really beautiful," he replied. I chuckle. 

"Thank you, you're very handsome too," I told him which made his face redden.  "oh, he's cute," Masha said

'Where're your parents?" I asked him. "Mom was working in the hospital and Dad was on patrol," he replied then he looked towards those wolves in training. I saw amazement in his young eyes.

"One day, I will have my wolf," he said. I sat down to face him. "Are you excited to meet your wolf?" I asked him.

He nodded his eyes with excitement. I looked around, especially at Jade, I am glad that she was busy supervising the training with the head warrior.

"Okay, closed your eyes, and let's imagine what your wolf looks like," I told him. Altaire closed his eyes with excitement. As he closed his eyes. I hold his face then my eyes change into a fiery red.

I looked deep down in his mind and I saw a young ash grey wolf with green eyes in hibernation.

I saw Altaire's face light up when I projected in his mind the image of his wolf.

I smiled at him and my eyes turned to their normal color before Altaire open his eyes.

He smiled at me with wide eyes open.

"Is he my wolf, Luna?" he asked. I nodded my head and rubbed his hair. 

"He looked so handsome and badass just like me," he said. I laughed at him.

"yes, he is," I agreed with him. 'How did you do it, Luna?" he asked. I just winked at him. "It's our little secret, Altaire, okay?" I told him. He nodded his head and hugged me. 

My heart softened from his small hug. It's an overwhelming feeling to feel such affection from a kid. 

"Thank you, Luna," he said and kissed me on the cheeks. I can't help to laugh.

"You go home now, kids aren't allowed here in the training ground," I told him. he bowed his head and smile at me.   

"Remember it's our little secret," I reminded him. He smiled at me, "Our little secret, Luna," he said and run away.

I smiled while looking at his small frame running towards the other children.

"It seems that the Alpha has now a rival," I heard Jade's voice. 

I smiled at her, "he's cute and lovable,"  I told her. 

We both looked at him laughing and playing with his friends. I saw the happiness in their eyes. 

It feels so good to be a kid again. You just have to play all day with no worries and what-ifs about what will happen next.

"Having a great time so far, Luna?" Jade asked. I nodded my head. 

"Yeah, everyone is nice and friendly," I answered her.

"Let's go, I'll tour you around," Jade said. We walked around the pack, a lot of eyes were on us, especially on me, they bowed their heads to me when we do eye contact. I just smiled at them. Everyone knows that I am now the Luna of this pack.

"Have you seen the Alpha?" I asked Jade. She looked at me. "Jaxon was with him in the alpha's office," she answered.

"Hello Luna, Hi dear jade," I heard a baritone voice. I looked at his smiling and handsome face. 

"Hey, Wilson!" Jade said. Wilson bowed his head to me and smiled. 

"Luna, he's the Gamma of the pack, the son of the former gamma couple, Harithi and William," Jade said. 

"It's a pleasure to finally meet the Luna and mate of my best friend, welcome to the Lunar pack," Wilson said with a wide smile on his face. He has a jolly and serious attitude at the same time.

"Thank you, Wilson, nice meeting you too," I replied to him, my eyebrow knotted when he looked at me intently like his searching for something. He smiled at me when he notice that we've been staring at each other.

"Where are the two of you going,? he asked.

"I am just touring the luna around," Jade said. 

"What about you?" I asked him. He smiled again.

"I'm done with the patrol, so I am free right now as a bird," he answered. 

"And I came to finally see you," Wilson said. I smiled at him. 

Wilson is a nice guy, but I feel something strange from him that I can't figure out, just like what I felt with Gamma Harithi last night.

"He's special as well," Masha said in my head. "What do you mean," I asked her but she already retreated to the back of my head.

"Then go with us," I told him. He nodded his head and we started walking.

My eyes went wide with excitement when I saw an ice cream parlor. I grab Jade's and Wilson's hands and carried them to the ice cream parlor.

When we entered the store,  Wilson offered to take our orders while jade and I look for a table. 

We choose the table in the corner and sat while waiting for Wilson. I am happy that I found new friends.

They will still accept me when they found out the truth?

Mom was right, there was something to the Luna.

When I looked at Allison while she's talking with Altaire a while ago, I felt weird.

My wolf Wil felt it as well. Mom said that Luna Stella was from the Mystic wolf pack also, her former pack.

After the party mother told me to protect the Luna. And knowing Allison and how genuine she is, Braden is so lucky to have her. I hope he will not messed up with her. 

I know that Bracen doesn't believe in mate bond, Jaxon told me that Braden decided to gave in with the mate bond. 

And looking at Allison, I know she will be a great Luna. 

The cashier took our orders and advised me to wait for a few minutes after I paid it.  

I walked towards our tablw with three different cups of ice cream with different flavors. 

"hey, here's your order, ladies," I joke at them.

Both of them smiled at me, eyeing the ice cream like Jade.

"Stop it, Wil!" Jade said.

I grined at him. "So where's your mates?" I asked them.

'As usual both of them was in their office, ding their duties,"  Jade answered.

I groaned that's why I hate staying in my office.

"So tell me about yourself, Luna," I asked Allison.

Then she looked at me and smile.

"Nothing special abour my life," she replied.
