Chapter 9

Allison

   I woke up from my deep slumber because of Masha's voice stirring in my head.

"Ally, wake up!" she said. "Uhhh," I groaned. "What about it, Masha?" I asked her with closed eyes.

"Mom and Dad are gone," she replied. I open my eyes and hurriedly got up from my bed. I went from my room and walks toward my parent's room.

I sniff their scent but it almost fades. I knocked but no one answered. 

I let Masha overtake me. I know that my eyes changed into Masha's eyes then my vision magnified multiple times that I could able to see what was happening inside the room.  

No one was inside, so I turned around and follow their scent. I walk outside the packhouse and saw my father's car drive away. Then I heard him inside my mind.

"Ally, your mom and I we're sorry for leaving you," dad said through the mind link.

"Why dad?" I asked. 

My eyes were clouded with tears while looking at their car.

"Baby, I'm sorry but we have to do this, they are your family now," mother said.

"I know but you don't have to leave me like this," I told them. 

"We did this for you, always take care of yourself," she replied. 

"Just remember, shift when it's needed, Masha is strong, both of you protect each other," Dad said before he cut off the mind link.

"They're gone," Masha said.

"They don't even, say goodbye to me properly," I said between sobbing. Then I felt a warm embrace. I saw Gamma Harithi and her mate Gamma William.

She smiled at me sadly.

"I am here," she told. "We will take care of you, Ally"' she added. I looked at her and hugged her back. I cried on her shoulder to ease the pain of my parents leaving.

"I promised Arkin and Stella that I will take care of you," Gamma Harith said.

"Thank you," I just replied to her. Gamma Harithi accompanied me back to the packhouse. 

"Do you want to have breakfast inside your room?" She asked. I smiled at her and nodded my head.

"Okay, I tell the omega to bring you some breakfast," She added and left. 

I sighed. My life changed so fast. "Mom and Dad, always be careful," I whispered. 

I walk towards the window and see the beauty of the pack,  a big difference from ours. 

I heard a few knocks on my door then I saw Jade with a cart of food. A delicious scent of pancakes, sausages and bacon engulf my nose, my throat went dry when I laid my eyes on pineapple juice. 

Jade smiled at me. "Good morning," She greeted. I smiled at her."Good morning!" I greeted her back. 

"Let's have breakfast," I invited her. She smiled at me and nodded her head. 

We both sat at the dining table inside my room facing the green forest, then we started eating.

"I heard that your parents left," Jade said. 

I look at her and nodded my head.  "They leave when I was asleep," I said.

Jade looked at me with sad eyes. I smiled at her. "I'm fine, Jade," I told her. 

"We've been talked this before we went here," I added.

Jade looked at me and smiled. "It may be hard, I saw how closed you are with your parents," she said. 

I heave a sigh. "Mom and Dad are my best friends, as I grow they showered me with love and kindness," I told her. 

"Dad always taught me how to defend myself, we both love fishing, he trained me how to protect myself well, while Mom always told me to follow my heart that what a Luna should always do, a Luna's greatest weapon," I added. 

"Since I was young they believe that I am destined for something great that's why they always remind me that I should always be strong to protect everyone even I am alone," I said.

Jade holds my hand and gently squeezes my hand. "I am always here Luna, not just your beta but a sister and a friend," she said. I feel the warmth from her words and it softened my heart,

"Thank you, Jade," I told her.

We both smiled at each other and continue our breakfast.

After we ate. Jade and I freshened up and she tour me inside the pack. 

"It's late and I don't see Braden, maybe he was in his office.

"So how's the feeling that you've found your Luna," I told Braden. He looked at me and smiled.

"Oh, she's lovely and beautiful," he replied like a lovesick puppy.

I chuckled. "I think she will be a great Luna," I added. Braden smiled wide.

"Yeah," he replied.  "Have you tried?" I asked him. Braden frowned thinking about what I am trying to say. 

I smirked. "So the Luna didn't let you do the first base last night?" I teased. 

Braden glared which made me laugh. "She's something, I like her," I said.

"She wants us to get to know each other first before we do the mating process," he said. 

I cleared my throat. "When will you tell her about your twin," I said. Braden groaned. 

I don't know yet, I don't want to ruin her happy mood right now, once she finds out about Bryson she will be devastated that her other mate was not here," he answered.

Braden and I heard a knock then Pepper came in wearing sexy clothes that barely cover her ass and breast. I look at Braden and smirk. Pepper bowed his head to Brandon and just looked at me. 

Brat! I cursed inside my head. 

"I gotta go," I told Braden, bowed my head, and left his office. I shake my head. 

"I hope Braden ends his thing with Pepper since he had Allison now," I whispered while walking outside the balcony. I sniff my mate's scent but I smelled nothing. I tried to mindlink her but she block me. "uhh, so bossy!" I cursed. I walk towards the training ground and some training.

Braden 

"What are you doing here?" I told to Pepper. She smiled at me seductively. And walks closely towards me.

"Hmnn, so how it feels that you have your Luna now, my Alpha?' she said seductively and run her fingers to my arms up to my chest.

Then I smell her arousal.  "control yourself idiot we have our Luna now," Atticus said inside my head.

"Leave Pepper," I told her. "The Big Bad Alpha is rejecting me now," she whispered in my ear. I feel that my pants tightened. 

"Stop it, Pepper," I hissed at her. She smiled seductively and kneeled in front of me. I closed my eyes when she massage my hardened buddy. I groaned when she gently squeezes it. 

I stood up but she had already unbuckled my pants and I feel her tongue playing on me. I sat down and let what she was doing.

"I missed how you taste Alpha," she said. Her eyes darken with lust. I l looked at her how she sucked my buddy down to her throat.
