I asked my vice president to represent me in the meeting and went to see the doctor.

He showed me the test results and then he said that he had bad news for me I was diagnosed with liver cancer and I required treatment asap. I asked him to give me some time so that I can inform my family. I had called that party to be the last one before starting treatment I know it is a tough road to take and then when Sally came up with the idea of marrying off my daughter I thought it was a good idea only that I found it was the wrong partner. Now that her future is secured I can now start my treatment after I visit the doctor in the capital. Please don’t tell my daughter she has been through a lot but after I see this doctor I will call both of them and their mum and inform them of the illness. Thank you man for being there for her. Jimmy started saying that he was happy he had met Lily’s parents and he loved her and wanted to marry her and they were organizing the wedding together with Tina so the parents would prepare for a double wedding. He also said there was something he always wanted to do before he married and he went to Mr. Parker and requested his daughter's hand in marriage Mr. Parker said they had his blessing then Jimmy went before Lily and knelt and asked if she was going to marry him and she replied yes and lighted him up crying tears of joy and then he put the ring in her hand. And the parents blessed them and hugged them with joy and congratulated them on their oncoming wedding and were happy and joyful.

They then sat down and Mr. Parker said he had something to tell them and it was not good news. Everyone except Jimmy who knew what was coming paid attention and he told them about his diagnosis of liver cancer and that he would be going to see a specialist later in the afternoon whom Jimmy had booked an appointment. The ladies said they would join him to see the doctor plus Jimmy also said he will also accompany them but he was one of the best doctors in the capital and papa will be taken care of. Papa Lily asked yes Parker said, I am glad I have a son. So Jimmy invited them to visit his office which was the next building before going to see the doctor.
