MR PARKER'S ILLNESS & LILY PREGNANCY

Jimmy suggested they needed to go to the office and sign some documents with Mr. Parker about the merger so that the new southern CEO can be sent to see the company running and to stop because he was to be given the authority and transactions that Jack's family might be planning of doing. It was very important to safeguard the company. They all walked to the office and used a VIP elevator to his office which was almost in the penthouse it was decorated grey Jimmy’s favorite color Lily noted and then you could see the city when you looked at the windows since it was in the penthouse. Lily decided to explore and inside was a bed when the men were still discussing she decided to test the bed since she still had her hangover but what scared he more was her father’s illness which is why he looked flared and had lost so much weight. She was mad at him for the arranged marriage with Jack that she forgot to love her parents. She sat thinking of when she had time last with her parents and could not remember. She smiled since Jimmy seemed close to her father calling him papa. That made her feel proud at least Jimmy has gotten parents and she had a loving husband to cherish her forever. She smiled when she remembered her moments with him and was thinking of them making love in the room but that could not be possible today since they were together with her parents. Jimmy had proposed to her and asked her father for a hand in marriage and she could not be happy having both her parents and a loving and caring man at the same time. Lily started recalling all the times they had with Jimmy and smiled because he was her first and last man and she was glad she saved her virginity for him. Lily was still in her dream world and did not realize she had fallen asleep. Jimmy had asked Parker they go to the boardroom and sign the documents which his assistant had organized and they excused themselves from Sally who said that Lily had gone in the washroom so they will find them there.

Her mum relaxed on the cushion and started reading and replying to her emails and she didn’t even notice that Lily was not yet back because she was busy until when her husband Parker and Jimmy came back from the boardroom and enquired about Lily’s whereabouts. When Sally said she has not come back that made Jimmy panic he was still remembering Jack who was capable of doing anything and decided to check the entire office before calling for backup or pressing the panic button. He opened the door to his restroom and was amazed at what he saw she was comfortably sleeping like a baby in the bed with no wonder in this world. He smiled and went to kiss her mouth which she returned the kiss and they started romancing. Jimmy tried to resist but Lily was horny and said it was going to be a quickie. She bent dog-style in the bed and since her skirt was short they made love while her parents were waiting. They then used wipes to clean themselves and their clothes were straightened Jimmy left first followed by Lily who came later after freshening up and putting on her make-up. When Jimmy went he was asked why she took so much time but he said he found her fast asleep and had to wake her up. He innocently said she had been sleeping a lot lately and hoped she didn’t drink too much last night. Sally asked innocently does she always sleep as a yes Jimmy replied of late she is sleeping a lot I think she is relaxed. Sally made a mental note when they go to the hospital they will visit a gynecologist. He told Jimmy when did she start oversleeping about one month ago Jimmy replied innocently.

Sally told him between us make an appointment with the gynecologist I have seen the way her face has blossomed, her weight is increasing and with that sleeping, she might be pregnant. What? Jimmy was surprised I am telling you, don’t tell her you are suspecting her but book an appointment and then have the test done. Show her you are concerned that she might be sick due to her constant sleep but inform the doctor you want the pregnancy test done. Do that my son and thank me later Sally said when he had the door open and Lily came out and asked to do what mummy? Sally replied cunningly I am telling him it’s high time both of you get married and give me grandsons. Mama! Lily said cant you talk other things she said brushing making Jimmy grin.

Then Mr. Parker talked that it was high time they go to the doctor's appointment because time is running out and doctors work with time. The four left in the same vehicle with Jimmy driving and Mr. Parker in the front and Lily and Sally at the back. The ladies talked about people back home and the gentlemen were talking business until they arrived at the hospital. Jimmy took them to Mr. Parker's doctor and they started filling in the forms. He then went to have his blood pressure and weight taken plus his height and blood sample were also extracted.

They went to wait at his clinic that’s when the receptionist called Mr. Parker saying that there was various test that he needed to take. They left with his wife and Sally winked at Jimmy and he told Lily that he wants to go visit his doctor. Now that was a shocker because she could not imagine taking care of his dad and husband as she called him lately together. Jimmy held her hand as if she would never lose her and they went to his doctor who was waiting for them. The Doctor welcomed them into the clinic and asked Jimmy who could this beautiful lady be. It is my wife to Lily and of late she has been oversleeping I think she was bitten by a bug can you kindly confirm she’s fine? Jimmy told the doctor who went along with the story and said let me call the nurse to take you to the lab. We will have some urine and blood samples taken.

Lily played along with Jimmy because she had tried to protest she was fine it was due to “extra activities at night” he smiled but said let’s just be sure honey, please. She could not deny him with his pleading sexy eyes. They had the test taken and after about thirty minutes they were called by the nurse to see the doctor. The doctor had gone to visit a patient in the ward and then came back. He read the results and smiled at Jimmy and parted his back because he could not control his excitement. Congratulations man, Lily was not getting what all that excitement was all about. You are both going to be a parent soon it had not ringed into Lily’s mind what the doctor was saying until he said we need to do an ultrasound and see how the baby is fairing that’s when it registered in Lily’s mind what Jimmy said yes we are pregnant. They both became excited and hugged. They were sent to a lady gynecologist who did the ultrasound and the baby who was four weeks was fine the bean-like shape in the womb photo was taken and Jimmy organized Lily’s clinics in the hospital. She was advised on what to eat and what not to eat and especially avoid alcohol since she was expectant.

They were so excited but when they went to Mr. Parker’s clinic they found him in the laboratory and decided to halt the news first until they knew the fate of Mr. Parker. The doctor called them and said that Mr. Parker needs admission immediately to contain the early stages and so Jimmy started with the process of admission until they forget the news about the baby. The doctor said that Mr. Parker needed to start chemotherapy soonest to stop the spreading of the cancer cells. Sally was grateful to God that she was with Jimmy and her daughter because she could not have managed to help him on her own.  They booked him in the private ward and left home a bit sad and even forgot about Lily’s pregnancy. There were all sad he was to be admitted but the doctor said it was good they had come earlier to control the spread he’ll be out soon. Jimmy and Lily insisted that their mother join them in their house because she would be lonely and they needed to be in this tragedy together. She occupied the guest room which was downstairs and the room Jimmy and Lily has planned they would be spending in instead of staying on their own it was only a matter of time. 

Sally was given evening wear by Lily and they said they would organize how the clothes they left would reach her by tomorrow. They all said goodnight and went to sleep sad but hoping for the best.
