Chapter 155

I screamed in pain after my head came in contact with one of the rocks, but luckily, before I could hit the ground, with the leaf still in my hand, I grabbed one of the rocks, holding on to it, to try and stay alive while the blood from my head streamed all the way down to my cheeks, and I closed my eyes as I started to cry.

“Layla, how could you do this?” I asked her, gasping in pain as I looked down, doing my best to try and stay alive because I didn’t know what would happen to me if I decided to give up.
