CORA’s POV…

“Cora! Cora! Wait for me!” She yelled as she ran after me, and when I got tired of walking fast, especially as it was hurting me so badly due to all the wounds I now had, I stopped.

I swallowed as I ran my fingers through my hair, turning to her as tears streamed down my cheeks. “Layla, what? What do you want from me?” I yelled at her, as I stared at her, angrily. “I haven’t said a word to you about it since we’ve been going, but you don know that this is all your fault, don’t you?” I asked her, and she rolled her eyes as she stared at me.
