Nightspire might not be abundant in its fisheries, but the western part of it had long been designated as the pack’s biggest fish market. From an eagle eye point of view, West Nightspire might appear odd compared to the rest of its area: fish market halls where vendors sell their seafood; fishermen’s lodges, residential buildings close to the docks; and the urban layouts with crowded streets and warehouses.

And since that place was Nightspire’s most open site for outside contact, Daisy had told Rhea to trust her connection to investigate what was happening in Nightspire western border.
