"Are you still interested in making a transfer?" Kathy's heart was in turmoil, yet she managed to keep a calm expression as she raised an eyebrow and inquired of Maricela.

Maricela nodded. "Yes, my family is facing some challenges. I've heard that the marketing department's combination of base salary and commissions can potentially yield thirty to forty thousand a month, so I want to give it a try."

Kathy took a sip of her coffee and regarded Maricela with a half-smile. "Our colleagues in the sales department at Hcorp have years of experience in sales. Nonetheless, as you mentioned, only the top performers can reach the thirty to forty thousand range."

"It's alright, I'm willing to put in the effort!" Maricela looked at Kathy with sincerity, showing her determination to work hard.

Kathy shook her head. "Some things go beyond just working hard. Have you had any previous experience in marketing?"

Maricela hesitated at the question, briefly biting her lower lip before shaking her head.
