Kathy was surprised to see her and nodded, "Sure, but I have to finish processing the documents first."

Maricela smiled, "I already took up your time, so of course I'll have to wait until you're free. I'm already grateful that you agreed."

Kathy looked at Maricela as if she were a monster. Why did she suddenly change her attitude? There must be something fishy going on. Kathy didn't know what Maricela was up to.

"It's okay, I'll come find you when I'm done."

After Maricela gently closed the door, Kathy leaned back in her chair and watched her disappear. Her eyes unconsciously narrowed. After a moment of contemplation, Kathy decided to call Dominic.
