Chapter eighty

"Hey, what's up with your attitude?"

Abigail was about to argue with Maricela, but then she thought of Kathy and decided it wasn't worth arguing with someone like Maricela. Abigail turned away and left the logistics office.

After the door closed, Dwight exclaimed; "What's her deal? Acting like she's in charge just because she has a little power? Acting all important just because of Kathy. If you didn't know any better, you'd think Kathy was the boss of Hcorp."

Maricela's expression darkened even further upon hearing this. Kathy was the CEO's girlfriend, and she couldn't tell if Dwight was pretending to be oblivious or if he was truly that clueless. After giving Dwight a glare, Maricela looked at the documents in her hand, sneered a few times, and then left.

By the end of the month, all departments had submitted their reimbursement forms except for the Distribution department.
