Pinagmasdan ko si Hidalgo na may binabasa na dokumento sa harap ko. With courage, I asked him.

“Sino si Ember?”

He paused, taken aback. Slowly, He put the documents on top of the table. Leaning back his chair, eyes with contemplation.

I never understood…kung may gusto pala siyang iba, bakit kailangan niya akong jowain? He said another's name, a woman's name, in front of me. Mistaking me for a woman's name I have never met yet…I feel insecure about her.
