Elora's POV

Opening my eyes to the dawn of a new day, I was expected to be happy, to have a smile on my lips at least, but guess what? I was welcomed back to reality and a new day with a frown on my face and, even worse, anger.

I couldn't stop thinking about what had happened at the park the day before. I wished I had gone with Alpha Killian. Actually, my inner wolf Kyla had wished I went with him, but another part of me rebelled against it.

I was filled with mixed emotions, confusion that I couldn't help, couldn't control.

“Another day to remind myself how miserable I am… another day to remind myself that I am nothing but a useless Alpha and Luna!” I sighed as I lay still in my bed, my eyes fixed right on the ceiling above me.

I was still at Bryce's house, and I wasn't sure how to react most of the time.

“I think it's best you act rather than keep regretting!” Kyla, who had woken up, stated, making me roll my eyes.

One thing was certain: she had obviously shown up to mock me. Other w
