In my investigations, I found out that inspite of the hotel's wonderful and world class service, there lies secrets and conflicts between family and even the staffs. Mr. Fredricko del Estrella agreed for an interview and I found out many things.
Throughout this year, the hotel encounters a big problem — month by month their earned money goes lower and lower and from his suspicions, he said that there might be someone who's stealing secretly from them.
The staffs, due to the money problem, can't help to argue with them. Some of them plans to retire and find a new job with higher income.
Several issues had been reported from the hotel over the past few years and that, too, became one of the reasons for the hotel's incomes. Cases of suicides, murders, and robberies lead the hotel lose it's five-star rating.
