I shook my head, not wanting to dwell on Clara's hostility at that moment.

I had a task at hand, and I needed to retrieve the herbal remedy to help Rico who was suffering from a mysterious illness. Brushing off the incident, I thanked the Beta and hurriedly made my way back to the pack house. I immediately went to the kitchen I used, where the rest of the remedy herbs was kept.
