(Chapter 10)

KINABUKASAN PAGPASOK ni Kiyumi sa work ay pinagtitinginan na siya ng mga tao na siyang ipinagtaka niya.

‘May dumi ba ako sa mukha?’

Kiyumi discreetly sniffed herself, thinking that might be why people were giving her strange looks. But all she could smell was her perfume. She shrugged it off and continued walking into the building. She raised an eyebrow when she noticed even the guard was acting strangely, hiding the metal detector he was holding. It was fine since she wasn't supposed to go through it due to her pregnancy, but it was puzzling how he knew.

'Maybe it's just a coincidence,' she thought.

Binaliwala niya na lamang ang kakaibang pakiramdam sa paligid niya. Tuloy-tuloy siya sa paglalakad, ngunit nagulat siya nang sinalubong siya ng manager ng financial department na si Valerie Levana.

“Good morning, ma’am–”

“Follow me!” Valerie cutted her off and turned away.

Nagtataka naman niya itong sinundan ng tingin at
