Taking her out

Lord Frederick's POV

The door opened and Fox walked in with the file that contained all I needed to know about Cain.

“This is it, boss.” Fox dropped the file on the desk and I nodded before picking it up. Opening the file, I went through it and realized Cain was here three years ago for a business deal, and perhaps that was when he took Aurora. Going through the file, I realized he took Aurora to a small private hospital but, after a few minutes, he flew her out of the country on a private jet. Anger bubbled inside of me and I clutched the paper in my hand. I wished I could kill him, make him pay for stealing Aurora from me, for making me go through the torture of staying away from her. I wished I could cut off his hand for daring to touch her, but I decided not to be irrational. I have to achieve my goal, and it would take me just a week to do that.

“We have tracked all his business and are just waiting for your go-ahead,” Fox explained while I nodded and signaled for him to lea
