Familiar park

Aurora’s POV

Stunned, I glanced at him, and he smiled at me. “Aurora would lie just to make me come here with her. We will practically spend the whole day here.” He added, a small smile spreading across his face. It was obvious those memories were really special to him, but what I couldn’t understand was why I saw myself in this pack, talking to a man who has the voice of Lord Frederick. What sort of dream was that? And why would I dream of this place when it is clear that I haven’t been to California all my life? That is exactly what Cain said unless he was lying.

“Let's have a seat.” He gestured for us to sit on the mat one of his men had spread out for us.

Obeying his words, I sat on the mat and continued looking around the pack. The place was empty, which got me curious, and I had to ask, “Are they closed for today, or didn’t they open?” A park was usually crowded, but this pack was empty, not a single soul apart from the gatekeeper.
