Scarlett's pov † "Herrick if next time someone glares at you then I would suggest you to glare back instead of letting them intimidate you" I said while looking at my reflection in the lake.I indeed look pale probably because of not having a good sleep. "So you're telling me to give Beta David a death glare?" He asked sarcastically. "Are you scared of him? Scarlett Pov † I groaned irritably before tossing to the other side in the bed.My mood is all grumpy because of not eating.A slight knock at the door made me growl.   "Scarlett it's me !" I instantly got off the bed and dragged my feets towards the door after hearing Herrick's voice.What brings him here?   "Herrick— I paused, seeing the tray of meal in his hands.He gave me a smile before brushing past me into my room.I shut the door behind and approached him.   "Thanks" I whispered before sitting comfortably.   "Alpha Lucian told me to bring you dinner so you can thank him if you want" He said before plopping himself on the bed.
