Even with the loud music, I could still hear the loud grunts emanating from each man. It was getting ugly, and it was getting ugly fast.
“Get off him, Rain!" My yelling seemed to be futile because the punches didn't stop. Both men were drunk, but Rain continued to hit him right in the face while the other guy missed two out of three punches. Maybe it was the little alcohol I ingested from the guys mouth, but Rain was beginning to look more and more sexy with sweat, mixed with alcohol, soaking his T-shirt as he violently threw his fists around. Not long after the fight was getting intense, it was brought to an end. Other slightly drunk men pulled both men away from each other. One of them was bleeding profusely from a broken nose and it wasn't Rain. Rain snatched his arm away from the men who held him, spat out blood before cleaning the corner of his mouth with the back of his palm. “Get out of my house," he growled, immediately stopping the music. "All of you,” with a loud voice and a grimacing expression, he turned his head left and right, eventually resting his gaze on the crowd below the stairs. “Get out of my house, now!" Murmurs, grunts and hushed voices echoed from the crowd as they dragged their feet out the door. The one with the bleeding nose was aided down the stairs and out the door as well. Slowly, parts of the house that was once crawling with people, were now empty, leaving behind a trail of empty cups, bottles, plates, snack wrappers among other very disgusting items. Finally, the door closed behind the last person to leave. Rain and I stood beside each other in silence. I was still very mad at him for leaving me and I could tell he was also mad at me. “What the hell were you thinking?!" His deep harsh tone pierced the air around us. He turned to me with blood oozing out of his broken lip. “You're bleeding." I whispered. He hissed. I couldn't understand why he was so angry and my confusion was steadily turning into anger. The same anger that pushed me to kiss a total stranger. “I'm bleeding because of you, Raya.” “Yeah, well, I didn't ask you to punch him!" I spat in a high-pitched tone. From his instant reaction, his eyes softening and his head jerking slightly backwards, I knew he was taken aback, but I wasn't done. "This whole party was your idea," I went on, maintaining the same stern tone as earlier. “You invited people that I have never met in my life and left me to myself" "That's how you make friends, Raya.” “I don't want friends!" My shrill voice echoed throughout the vastness of the living area. It wasn't until I opened my eyes that I realized they were closed in the first place. The blood from his broken lip had now flown down his chin. He didn't look like he cared. His gaze was fixated on me. We stared at each other for the next few minutes. I knew what I wanted to say, but I couldn't bring myself to say it. The soft, desperate look in his eyes suggested that he wanted to say something too, but like me, he remained quiet. I eventually found the courage to look away, taking a brief glance at the scattered room. “Are we to clean this up or…” "I'm sorry, Raya,” He blurted before I could finish my sentence. I shot him a puzzled look, not because I didn't deserve an apology, but because I even got an apology. He was validating my feelings, admitting he was wrong and letting down whatever pride he had. “I shouldn't have left you by yourself,” he went on with a tender, and matching eyes that he kept glued to mine. He started to make his way to me. “I thought I invited sane people to my house," he gnashed his teeth in disgust. “But the moment I saw that prick harass you…" "He wasn't harassing me, Rain.” I whispered, cutting him off. He was now standing so close to me, I could smell the blood oozing out of his broken lip. It must be the tiny bit of alcohol in my system but I was strangely aroused by it. He took his arms around my waist, jolting me closer to him. The smell was stronger and my body was reacting in ways I wish it didn't. “Well, whatever he was doing," he whispered as he leaned in to me. My heart started to race at a million miles per hour. His gaze was more intense. It seemed he was getting closer. “I've been wanting to do it from the moment I saw you.” The sound of my pounding heart was enough to deafen me. I couldn't think straight. Standing in his arms felt right, yet it felt wrong. I could tell he was inching closer, I could smell the stench of his alcoholic breath, I could feel the warmth of his steady breathing, but I was completely frozen. When his lips were inches away from mine, I panicked. My head turned away, barely missing his kiss. “We should get your lip cleaned up." my voice came out in a faint whisper. The heat between us left me breathless. He paused, looking away before hesitantly leaning backwards. “Of course,” he murmured. "You wouldn't want to taste blood while you kiss.” I simply nodded with a chuckle under my breath. He let go of me and we stood in the awkwardness that hung above us for a second. “Do you have a…” "A first aid kit,” he answered quickly. "Yes I do.” "My room.” He added, to which I nodded. We began heading towards his room, me walking behind him. Suddenly, the image of the moans I was hearing when my ears were pressed against his door came to my thoughts. As we walked, I engaged myself in a debate. One side of me supported asking about it, the other side of me gave reasons why I didn't have the right to. The side of me that was giving reasons why I shouldn't, was giving very valid reasons. He was not my boyfriend, we were not in any type or form of relationship, and lastly, I was here to seduce his father, not him. I couldn't afford to get distracted or else Chyna was going to kill me. Before we got to the door, I had made my decision. I was going to mind my business, pretending it never happened. I didn't mind my business for long because the minute we walked into the room and he turned the lights on, the sight of a pink g-string caught my attention. “What is that?" my lips asked before I could even process anything. He turned to me, following my eyes to where they were fixed at. “Oh that," he chuckled casually. “Someone must have used my room and forgot to clean up." He picked up the underwear, squeezed it carelessly before throwing it into a trash can against the wall. Once again, I engaged myself in a debate. The topics were, do I believe him, or do I ask further topics? As I watched him look around for the first aid kit, I couldn't bring myself to make a decision. I wanted to believe him, he had been an absolute sweetheart with no reason to lie to me. On the other hand, he was absent from the party, I heard noises from inside his bedroom and it was locked. I unconsciously let out a frustrated sigh. “Are you okay?" I heard him ask. I looked up to find his gentle, searching eyes on me. “I'm okay," I lied. “It's just been a long night." He started to make my way to me. My eyes searched his, but I couldn't find any emotion behind them. “I wouldn't lie to you, Raya." He whispered. I knew what was coming. I knew we were about to have a repeat of the moment I barely avoided at the top of the stairs. I started to walk backwards when he took hold of my arm. In a heartbeat, I was pressed against him, his seductive eyes reeling me in. “Trust me when I say I have no idea how that thing got on my bed." his deep resonating voice caused my body to quiver. As he looked at me, I knew I wasn't going to escape this time. It took everything in me to pull myself out of the first moment. I had no fight left. His eyes were mesmerizing and my body melted under his fingers. “I'm sorry, Raya," he began a low growl, pressing me harder against him. A gasp almost escaped my lips. "I cannot stop myself anymore.” Without giving me time to think, he slammed his lips against mine. My body erupted in flames. Flames of passion surging through every bone. I wanted to pull away, but I had no willpower. My body surrendered to him. The subtle taste of blood, mixed with alcohol lured me in. It aroused me. In no time, all of me surrendered. I opened my mouth to let his tongue in.By morning, the maids came back to the mansion. The shock on their faces when they saw the pile of rubbish that littered everywhere made me feel terrible. They were suffering for the mess a bunch of reckless young adults created, but then again they were paid heavily for it. Undoubtedly, Rain was also compensating them, heavily, to keep their mouths shut. As I walked around the house, trying to render as much help as I could to the maids, my mind traveled far and wide. Actually, not far at all, it was within the mansion, dwelling on the actions of the night before. I was torn between myself, struggling between regret and satisfaction. Kissing Rain was almost heavenly. His lips were soft and he knew how to work his hands around my body. He treated my body as if he knew it like the back of his palm. I was completely lost in the moment, yielding to his trap, until I instantly got a wave of guilt that rushed over me. That was when I pulled away. I ran, like a coward, out of hi
After Rain informed Tess we were going into the mountains, we headed out. As usual, he took the truck. I had no hiking gear so he had to take me shopping. I also had no idea what to get since it had been ages ago my dad and I went hiking, so he ended up buying all I needed. From water bottles, to shoes, to clothing, to other essentials, Rain got them all. He even got a few extras. Whenever he saw something and said “I think this would look good on you", he threw whatever it was into the cart and paid for it. It took us about an hour to get out of the city and to the foot of the mountain. He was mostly chatty during the car ride and we even did a little karaoke whenever a song we both knew came on the radio. He spoke mostly about his favorite movies. When he noticed I was only listening and not imputing, he asked me what my favorite movies were. I was honest, although shameful, and told him I hadn't watched anything that wasn't shown on Anna's hospital television. After a f
Rain was the second member of the Tetra household to see the insides of my apartment. After stopping at a pharmacy for some painkillers I wasn't going to use, then stopping at a restaurant for some take out, it was almost dark out when I got home. When he drove me home, he helped me up the stairs, slowly and cautiously like when we were climbing down the mountain. I was getting sick of walking painstakingly slowly when I could walk just fine, but it was the price I had to pay for lying my way out of hiking with him. Eventually, we got to my apartment. The familiar broken walls, chipped wooden floors and poorly furnished apartment of the place that I called my home welcomed me. A part of me was ashamed to even let Rain in but I knew there was no chance he was going to drop me off by the front door, and leave like a delivery guy. “Chair or bed?" I heard him ask after he shut the door behind us. His hand rested firmly around my waist the whole time, while
He didn't let me say another word, before barging into my apartment. I took a few steps back, watching in total shock as he scrambled to shut the door. He then proceeded to lock it before turning to me with hungry eyes. “What're you… what're you doing here?”I stammered, my voice barely audible. It was just two days since they left and the couples trip was supposed to last an entire week. I subtly pinched myself to be sure that I wasn't dreaming. He was not supposed to be here at all, and certainly not in my apartment. “I couldn't do it, Raya," his passionate tone and intense gaze petrified me. "I haven't stopped thinking about you the minute my plane took off,” He started to come near me and for some reason, I started to back away. “And your beautiful body," his deep tone had a seductive touch to it. “I haven't been able to get it out of my head." I continued to back up, holding his desperate gaze. Just then, I hit the single creaky
“Raya?" I heard a faint yet deep voice from my sleep. I must still be dreaming about David moaning my name as he reached climax, ramming me from behind, gripping onto my waist and pulling on my hair. He moaned louder and louder, not once slowing down, until he exploded into me, blurting out my name when he did. “Raya," I heard again. “Wake up." I was being delicately shoved back and forth, causing my eyes to flutter open. I opened my eyes to the image of Rain bent over me. I closed them again only to fling them open. When I was certain Rain was definitely standing in front of me, I sprung out of bed. “Whoa," he exclaimed. “It's just me, Raya." He said quickly, but I wasn't worried about him. I was worried about David. With a pounding heart, I looked to the other side of the bed. There was no sign of life. I scanned around the entire small apartment but there was not a single trace of him or the activities we did the night before. The place was spicy and
Even after telling him I was completely fine, Rain insisted on holding my hands as we headed down the stairs of my apartment building. A gesture that I found very cute, visibly giggling like a schoolgirl. He didn't let go until I was safely behind the passenger door of his black truck. My excited eyes watched him through the windshield making his way to the driver's side. I didn't realize how wide my smile was until he was strapping his seatbelt and looked at me. I quickly looked away but I wasn't fast enough. I felt his fingers circle under my chin. Steadily, he turned my face to meet his. “I caught you, Raya." he mumbled.I was unsuccessful at trying to hide away my smile. With a matching smile, he pulled my face closer to his, leaning in as he did so. In a second our lips met. A short, sweet kiss. The type that leaves you with butterflies at the bottom of your stomach when you pull away. That's exactly how I felt when we pulled away. Grinning shyly, I turned aw
He stared at me for a few more seconds, completely stunned at my confession. I noticed the corner of his lip rising in the form of a smirk. He then shrugged. "Okay.” he turned away. I clasped my hands together, like a baby at the sight of its feeding bottle. A moment later, the familiar pirate in the frame came out, followed by the theme song which doubled as my favorite song of all time. I instinctively began to sing along, completely forgetting I was starving. It was when he opened the box and the wonderful scent of baked cheese hit my nostrils, I stopped singing. I didn't wait for him to take a slice before I aimed for one. In a split second, it was out of the box and into my mouth. My shoulders slumped backwards, I let out a sigh of relief. Finally, food. It was the perfect combo, a delicious pizza with my favorite show on a large screen. I could do it all day every day and not get tired. Not the pizza though, I couldn't eat pizza for the rest of my life.
Just when I started to have a really good time in the Tetra mansion, it was brought to an end. Chyna and her husband returned from their couples trip, in quote. Rain had asked me to accompany him to the airport but I lied that my sister asked to see me and I was going to be at the hospital for a while. I knew I was going to be awkward around the family, seeing that I had slept with both father and son. I also didn't want to act in a way that would raise Chyna's suspicion, or anybody else's for that matter. After Rain left, I headed to the hospital to pay Anna a short visit. It's been a little over a week since I last saw her and I felt like a terrible sibling. I stopped by the Mart to get her a few snacks and some food. After David's last visit, he wired me some money, actually a lot of money, for what he tagged “being a good girl". It meant he got away with whatever he did that night and his wife was still clueless. If this was what I got for keeping my mouth shut, I was
