Katie bent her head down when I asked her about the father of her son. I let out a sigh, my eyes were still on her.

“I'm sorry, I should have not asked this to you,” I utter in a low voice. Katie just smiled at me.

“No, it's okay,” she said to me. “But honestly, I really don't know who the father is.”
