James couldn't control himself anymore as he chuckled, responding to me. I raised one of my brows, arms crossed while staring at him.

“We've been separated for almost four months, but I still know you that much. I know when you're mad and you're not. You can't hide anything from me, Emerald,” James uttered in his calmed tone.

I rolled my eyes to him, my heart pounding so fast. I don't know, but every time I see him smile, my anger fades away. This only proves that I really loved this man so much.
