Chapter Eighty

Adriana’s POV

“Fuckk!” I groaned in pain. My head throbbed painfully and so did my back and lower body too.

In fear, I looked around me but as usual, I couldn’t make out anything due to how dark the place was. The only light in the room was a dim one which had been placed directly over my head, making it impossible for me to see around me but possible for anyone in the room to see me.

I shivered.

I still couldn’t make out exactly what had happened to me but at this rate, I wasn’t sure I wanted to find out anymore. All I cared about was finding a way out of this hell hole before something terrible happens to me.

“I can smell your fear from up here, the sleeping beauty is awake!” I heard someone sneer and as soon as he said those words, I jerked upright, bracing myself for whatever the stranger had in store for me.
