Massimo’s POV

Who had been shot?

Had the gun been shot into the air? To scare us all away?

These questions and a lot more flew through my head continuously but then I shook it off when I looked around the gathered crowd and saw that no one had fallen.

I then decided that the gun had probably only been shot to scare the people around… and it worked!

Everyone was distracted now, even Lux and I smirked. There was no way I would joke with a silver of opportunity such as this and with this thought in mind, I looked behind me to Michael, pointed at Adriana and commanded;

“Pick her up and let’s get the fuck out of here!” I whisper-yelled to Michael who immediately bent down to pick up an unconscious Adriana.
