Almyra's POV, Xavier charged towards Gina's boyfriend and the latter also charged towards him, the look on their faces were deadly. Xavier's POV I ran towards Almyra as her eyes slowly closed shut, she was on the verge of collapsing. Gina supported her and placed her head on her shoulder but Almyra was just too weak. "Almyra, no! Don't pass out!" I exclaimed, and I felt panic rising in my voice. I dropped to my knees and cradled her head in my lap. Her eyes met mine and it was filled with worry, pain and love. Xavier's POV, My thoughts swiftly drifted to when I was about to get married to Almyra, it was winter at that time and the snowflakes gently fell onto the frozen lake, casting a serene silence over the landscape.
