Almyra's POV,

"Yeah, I know it does but what are you trying to say?" My furrowed eyebrow showed confusion.

Honestly, I don't understand a single thing she's saying.

"It's a really long one Almyra, it's a long one." Gina tilted her head, unsure.

"A really long story? Yeah, I know everyone has their stories Gina, so just spill the word out." I groaned weakly.

Gina's face was like she was gonna take those words to her grave, I was never eager to hear something else the way I was to hear hers.

"The story is not about me alone Almyra, it's not." Tears had already pricked at the corner of her eyes.

I laid back on the bed, I was still feeling weak. It was even a miracle I was able to talk.

"Did I suffer a concussion?" I muttered under my breath, my eyes still fixed on the ceiling.

"No, you did not," Gina responded. "I knew that we almost lost you, but I am over a hundred percent sure that you did not."

I tilted my head and smiled before taking my gaze towards the ceiling.
