Almyra's POV,

My eyes fluttered open slowly, my head was still aching me as I laid there, on the bed.

My visions were still blurry, someone's face was above mine but it was not yet clear. I blinked multiple times before I saw whose face it was, it was Xavier's.

"Hey." I groaned weakly, my vision was now getting clear.

"Hey." Gina's voice softened, her face swimming into focus above me. "Welcome back. How are you feeling?"

I blinked, assessing my surroundings. The room's fluorescent lights still hummed overhead, but my gaze now locked onto Gina's concerned expression.

"My head..." I muttered, gingerly touching my forehead. A dull ache throbbed, echoing the confusion in my mind.

Gina and Xavier helped me sit up, their hands supporting my back. "Easy, take your time. You passed out for an hour or more."

Passed out? I hadn't realized.

"What happened?" I asked, rubbing my temples.

The room spun momentarily, but Xavier kept me upright. He's face was covered with unease.
