Chapter 102

Annelise's POV

“Wake up, sleepy head!" I was dragged out of sleep with that loud voice which belongs to none other than Esther.

She has been tormenting me since the last four days I've been here. I groaned as she took the blankets off me.

“I want to sleep.” I grumbled with my eyes still closed, I turned the other way that I was sleeping on my stomach instead.

"You will have enough sleep when we're back from the hospital, now up!" She dragged me up and I just had to open my eyes.

That's true, the antenatal care is today and it's so important, I'd have rain checked and had my sweet sleep if possible.

“I hate you." I mumbled as I got out of bed.

"You love me." She countered.

“Unfortunately.”

She stood up from sitting on the bed, clapping her hands excitedly.

“I'll leave you to take your bath now, I bought some clothes for you so you can choose from. Breakfast should be ready by the time you're done.” She said and walked towards the door.

“Esther." I came before she could open the door.
