Chapter 78

Willow’s POV

As Christoper, Sal and I went to get into Christoper’s car, Damon followed us and said, “I am going too.”

Christopher looked at Damon for a minute before he said to him, “You cannot interfere with what I am doing. Keep yourself at a distance.”

“I can do that. My only concern is Willow and her unborn pup.” Damon told him and he nodded at him understanding now why he is insisting on going along.

As Damon and I rode in the back seat together, I had to wonder if a part of him still thought that this pup could be his. He was being protective of me and I had to wonder what was causing that protectiveness. Was it because we had shared time together as a couple or was it because he thought there was a possibility that this pup that I grew inside of me could possibly be his. In all honesty, I had no clue who’s pup it was, but what I did know was it didn’t matter because the pup was going to be raised at Red Moon with Alpha Chance and hopefully Beta Shawn.
