Chance’s POV

It took us what felt like forever for us to make it to the location that Damon had pointed out on the map. The opening of the cave was well hidden but thankfully with my wolf’s sight and smell, I was able to find it hidden behind a large pile of brush. As we began to remove the brush from the opening of the cave that was purposely placed there to hide the entrance, I noticed fresh footprints in the ground and knew that someone had been here recently. Pointing to the fresh footprints, the other Alphas went on high alert knowing that we might have company.
