MAYA’s POV

When I opened the door, I saw Liam standing in the room, which was decorated with posters and balloons that had “I am sorry and please be the love of my life” written on them.

All of a sudden, his mom and sister popped out of various corners in the room.

“Surprise!!!” They exclaimed.

“What’s going on?” I asked them as I chuckled.

“Uhm…. Trying to make you accept Liam back?” Anna, Liam’s sister replied.

“He is sorry, Child,” Liam’s mother walked to me and said before patting me on the shoulders, and they excused themselves from the room, giving Liam and me privacy.

The fact that Liam and his family did this warmed my heart. The fact they were in support of my relationship with Liam despite my social status gladdened my heart.

“I want you in my life, Maya; please don’t say no,” Liam said to me, and I couldn’t hold back any longer.
