BRITANNY'S POV

"Lets congrats, our new weds couple!" I shouted to cheer the crowd. Everyone is clapping their hands with a tear in their eyes and sweet smile in their lips, it's obviously to their faces that they're so happy for Samira and Wade. It broke my heart.

I cleared my throat, "Since the couple here wants to hear your messages for them, we will give what their want, starting to their parents. Please, go in front."

Samira's mom walked to the front, she rolled her eyes on me before she gets the microphone from me.

"Samira and Wade dear, congratulations..." she started.

Sanjo rubbed my back when he noticed that I'm not okay with this situation.

"... you've been in the tough years to get in here, you're already sealed blessed by God..."

"She really said the name of God with her filthy mouth, huh," I whispered. Eva hugged me and nods her head, I know that Samira's mom heard what I've said because of the next words she said.

"... Wade, I'm glad that you ended up with Samira and not in those girls who always thinks that she is beautiful and deserves to be loved. Please, take care of my daughter, okay? Congratulations, again."

I saw how Wade rolled his eyes after Samira's mom speech, he leaned and tapped the table with his fingers, he's doing that every time he gets piss off.

Mrs. Lavia smirked at me as she gave back the microphone, I only smiled at her even I want to crush her mouth with the microphone that I'm holding.

"How about you, Mr. Lavia, do you have any words to your daughter and son-in-law?" I asked because he didn't stand up after his wife's speech.

He sighed and walked towards me to get the microphone.

"I'm sorry for what my wife and daughter did to the all of you," he whispered, that made me shock and speechless. He stood up in the mini stage and looked at his daughter and son-in-law.

"Wade, I know that this is not the wedding that you've dreamed of. As Samira's father, I shouldn't tolerate her with her craziness as well as her mother..."

We are all shocked from what Mr. Lavia said, his wife calling him multiple times, but he didn't even take a glance at her. Samira's face, telling that any moment she'll kill her father without hesitation.

"... Samira, you know very well that Wade loves Britanny and not you in the first place. I'm wrong for tolerating you, and now, you have gone too far. It's not love anymore, Samira, it's obsession—"

"What the hell are you doing?!" Mrs. Lavia already pulled her husband away from the mini stage and they are literally fighting in front of us.

"I'm doing the right thing."

"No, you're hurting our daughter!"

"She deserves that hurt, it's actually nothing from the hurt that she brought to Wade and Britanny."

"Think of your daughter, Lorenzo, not to other people! You don't love her anymore, that why you're doing this?!"

"I love her, that's why I'm teaching her a lesson!"

Sanjo slowly pulled us back, "Let's not interfere with them," he whispered.

"If you love her, give all what her wants! She's your daughter—"

"She is not my daughter, she's just adopted, Sonya!"

That shout actually made the crowd quiet in no time. Everyone is shocked from what they heard, Mr. and Mrs. Lavia just stared at each other for a second until a gun shot breaks the whole silence.

"So I'm adopted?! I'm not your daughter?!" Samira asked in grief while holding a gun in her hand. No one dares to make any noise, even a move.

Wade met my eyes, his eyes are full of worries. He wants to run to me, it's obvious, but he can't move a little because Samira is just on his side.

"Samira, listen first—" a gunshot cutted Mrs. Lavia words, everyone started to panic and ran away from the reception area. We're the only people who left here.

"Why do you need to keep this from me? For fucking 26 years, mom! I believed that I'm your real daughter, that's why you're giving all the things that I want."

Mrs. Lavia walked towards her, but Samira moved back, Wade tried to escape from her, he is almost on my arms, but Samira gave a gun shot while he's running to me.

"Wade!"

"Lorenzo!"

My eyes widened when Mr. Lavia dropped to the floor with a blood that flowing from his back, he caught the bullet that supposedly hit Wade's head.

"Lorenzo, Lorenzo..." Mrs. Lavia continuously shaking her husband to wake him up. I'm just staring at Mr. Lavia that is now lying in his own blood, I don't know what is going on my surrounding now. My mind is full of questions and shock.

How can Samira do this kind of things? Is she really gone crazy? Mr. Lavia's voice keep repeating in my ears like it'll hunt me forever.

"Britanny? Britanny!"

I get back to my senses when Wade and our friends shook me hard. My hands instantly covered my mouth when I saw Mr. and Mrs. Lavia's body is now bathing in their own blood while Samira is sitting on their side and cops putting handcuffs.

"W-What h-h-happened?" I asked, terrified from what I saw. They pushed me on the side when policemen and first-aider walked in our way. Wade hugged me and kissed my forehead, Haxilla and Selena just looking at me with worries in their eyes.

"Samira almost killed you, that's why Mrs. Lavia was dead too," Selena softly explained.

My hands begin to tremble uncontrollably, my heart beat started to race like it'll explode in any minute. Why do people in my side always die? Why did they have to sacrifice their selves just to protect me?

"Miss? Come with us," a first-aider said. They nod when I looked at them, Wade walked with me to the ambulance, my feet felt numb, my entire body, actually.

"You also don't know that Samira is just adopted?" I asked Wade after my check-up, we're in the bench outside the hospital.

"I know that she's adopted, her father told me."

I closed my mouth and leaned. I felt so tired from what happened earlier, it's just a wedding, and now it became funeral.

"Do you want some shawarma?" he asked out of nowhere, I nod at him since I'm starving. He stood up and throw his wedding ring somewhere.

"Why did you throw it?"

He smiled at me and interlocked his fingers on mine, "I don't want to be in the future without you."

He hugged me again and kissed my lips, "I love you, Britanny."

"I love you too."

SELENA'S POV

"That was savage. I didn't realize that Samira can do such things," I said anxiously as I sat on the love seat. 

"All things considered, she nearly killed our clump mates prior to utilizing a gas and lighter, it's unrealistic to her to do that to her folks," Raven said that made my temples wrinkled. 

"She nearly torch the school previously?" Jaxon and I asked in chorale, we're both confounded with regards to it. 

I can recollect nothing about Samira torching the school previously. All I recall is she's Wade life partner, that is it. 

"Uhm,maybe Raven is simply daydreaming things since he's absence of rest," Haxilla contemplated clumsily that made me more inquisitive and befuddled. 

"Ah,yeah. Quit worrying about what I've recently said, there's an understudies from a torched school. Perhaps I set up that things—aww!" 

I snickered when I perceive how sweet Haxila and Raven is, they truly love one another. Jaxon moved in my side, he inclined his back and rested his head to the couch, he looked so drained. 

"Do you need me to make you an espresso?" 

He marginally gestures at me, I stood physically active to walk yet Haru abruptly mentioned something, "Can you additionally make an espresso for me?" 

"Obviously, Haxilla and Raven, you need some espresso as well?" They gesture at me so I strolled directly to the kitchen. 

I'm searching for a decent cup that I can use for us all, I opened various cupboards just to track down those. For what reason did Haxilla changed everything here? 

I pulled one bureau and an earthy colored envelope putted in the highest point of cups grabbed my eye. I get it and going to open it however Haxilla quickly remove it from my hands. 

"Say thanks to God you tracked down it," she said and kissed my cheeks. 

"Is it a significant archives?" 

"Indeed. Gracious, the water is now bubbling." 

She left and I took out the cups to make their espressos, faces in the image within it is somewhat natural to me. 

"Where did I saw them once more?" I asked to myself while mixing the espressos. 

I strolled to the eating region where they are and Britanny and Wade are now sitting in the lounge chair that I'm sitting prior. 

"Oh,how would you say you are Brittany?" 

"I'm fine presently, bless your heart." 

Haxilla gave them both a container of waters since they can't drink an espresso until further notice, base on what Raven said. 

"Thus, I'm the person who will be forgotten about on this gathering?" Haru asked out of the blue while looking to us all. 

Haxilla sitting with Raven, additionally Wade and Britanny, and Jaxon is remaining behind me. 

"Haru,Eva really likes you." Britanny said. 

"Eva?" 

"My associate. You're the one in particular who forever she's conversing with. 

They prodded one another and I'm simply giggling while at the same time watching them. I heard a profound murmur behind me that made me checked out him. 

"Is there any issue, love?" I asked to Jaxon. 

She gazed downwards while tapping some espresso, "Maxine called me." 

I felt like a little needle that jabbed my heart, "What's going on?" 

"She's here, once more."

HAXILLA'S POV

"Regardless of whether we let them not to consume that medications, we can't say something that can trigger their recollections. It can make a harm their cerebrum," Raven said while holding the envelope that I stow away in the bureau, it contains the first reports about Aunt Saviana and Uncle Nathan's passing. 

I squeezed his ears,"You're the first who said that Samira nearly consumed the school previously, that can squeeze their interest." 

"Aw, aw I'm sorry OK." 

"Swim, what happened now to Samira?" Haru asked while cleaning his telephone. 

"She's in the care of police and specialists." 

"Specialists, why?" I inquired. 

"They accept that she has a psychological maladjustment." 

I hoped to Raven and jab him, "Do you realize what might actually her psychological maladjustment?" 

He murmured, "I'm a specialist, love. Specialist and Psychiatrist is unique." 

"In any case, they're as yet the two specialists," I murmured. 

"What are discussing to?" Jaxon asked to us as he moved toward us. 

"Nothing, how about we go at this point." 

They jumped on their vehicles and drove away, Brittany remain close to me. 

"Do you figure Selena can deal with everything if at any point she recollect once more?" she inquired while looking at Selena.

I sighed and also looked at Selena that is drinking coffee while, maybe, thinking something important.

She's a tough and soft girl at the same time, she developed that traits because of my mom. Selena lived with my mom for almost ten years after the accident, however, even we want to stop her from dreaming to be in the Silvenia company, that's what she wants after all.

"I can't imagine her having that kind of life again, she's somehow more fine with this kind of lifestyle." Britanny added.

"We never know, mom really changed her."

"Aunt Melanie knows what Selena needs to stand with this world, what if we didn't erased all her memories? if we stopped giving her that medicines?"

I looked up and take a deep breath, "It's complicated, Britanny..." 

"... Selena can, however Serena can't."
