CHAPTER TWENTY TWO: THE TRIANGLE

The white range rover sport had exploded sending him into unconsciousness for a while. He had woken up to the face of the black Goliath staring at him.

“Mother!” Chad called out as he saw his mother lying still on the red sand stained with blood.

“she’s badly wounded” said the black Goliath

“she needs a hospital. I’m going to rush her to the closest one!”

“Wait! Let me go with you”

“No! Save your strength. Find who did this!” the deep voice sounded as he lifted Mrs Okorie in his arms.

“ Roma! Roma!” Chad called crawling to where she lay unconscious bathed in brown dust.

She was swinging in between consciousness and unconsciousness. Only weak and tired but she seemed alright. He wasn’t sure, she might have an internal bleeding.

However, she was mildly conscious.

“He is going to rush you both to a hospital, you’re going to be alright.. “ he could hear the thumping of his heart.
