I angrily walked into the meeting room, and despite how packed the place was, the first thing I noticed was Lucian, sitting at the head of the table and acting as though he were the best thing in the pack. He was also the first among us to touch Andrea intimately.

'I hate you, Lucian,' I mumbled in my brain.

I looked away from him, and turned to the other people in the room. They were all engaged, but I could see that my presence was noted. There was a slight shift the moment Nikolai entered the room, and I hated my brothers so much for trying to steal my shine all the damn time.

As the process went, I moved, I went over to Lucian, but the two chairs by his side took me out. What was going on? I and Nikolai never sat down in these meetings.

The elders rose to their feet, the moment I approached, and Nikolai was suddenly at the other end. He was glaring at no-one, and I could see the bruise beneath his chin where my fist had connected to. I should feel a bit sorry for him, but I
