Chapter 34

Life is never been easy. But I promised myself to move forward. Bumalik ako sa pag-aaral sa sumunod na taon pero patuloy pa rin akong nagtatrabaho para sa allowance at bayarin sa school. Nagtatrabaho si Tatay ng kung ano-ano pero ayaw kong humingi pa sa kanya.

I need to finish my course to find a stable job. For my late mother and child and for my father. Gusto kong ayusin ang buhay ko. Gusto kong ayusin ang buhay ko kahit paunti-unti lang.

I busied myself with my studies and my work. At sa pagdaan ng araw, buwan at taon ay wala akong naisip na iba kundi ang makapagtapos. I guess I'm okay now. What happened in the past stays as history.

I can now think of it without crying. I can now remember him without getting hurt so I guess I'm really fine. Time heals my broken heart and I manage to move forward without me noticing it.
