I let my wolf out as I always do every morning. It's part of my morning routine to always go for a run to relieve my wolf. I was told it would help come to my wolf and aa well put my anger issue in check throughout the day. I was sincerely happy for Theo when he told me that he had found a mate. I had found Ashley about a year ago and now my best friend had found his mate too.
