Notes and Threats II

Theo’s POV

I dashed out of the clinic, as I try to decipher what could have caused the worry in Carter's voice. Hope nothing bad has taken place at Midnight Pack, Alex didn't find it easy dealing with the last incident. I sensed he was in the pack house and at my office. I walked with hurried steps as I entered the house. I was curious and a bit scared of what might be the issue. Usually, Carter would take care of pack issues whenever I'm occupied with other things, but this time something was wrong.

“You’re back already Alpha.” Emma said.

“Yes Emma, there’s something I need to attend to. Please could you prepare something for Allison to eat, she’s awake.” I requested.

“Alright Alpha, I’ll do that.” She said with a quick bow.

"Thank you," I said and walked straight to my office. Carter wasn't sitting when I entered. He was pacing forth and back.
