Mr Quinten had also sent his picture so it would help me identify him easier.

Bella wanted to come with me but I hadn't discussed that with Mr Quinten so I refused. She made me wear a wig so it wouldn't be very obvious. I made sure that Juan came back and got settled in before I left the house.

As soon as the car stopped in front of the bar, my phone rang.

“Hello?”

“Are you there yet?”

I was staring at the club's bright letters sign from across the street and I watched people go in. But I didn't answer him. I was interested in another piece of information.

“How did you get my number?”

He laughed out loud.

“Is that what you're worried about?"

“Yes, I don't give my number to just anyone so how did you get it?”

He sighed heavily.

“I have my ways, Miss Everly. Let's just say that. Good luck tonight."

He ended the call before I could even say anything.

Sighing and putting my phone in my bag, I bent down to speak to Evan.
