“We're meeting here back at four.”

“Correct, I'm helping Lacey with shopping for her new place, and we're having lunch later.” She explained once again that Andreas does understand that I will meet him at the exact spot where we are standing, but he also doesn't look that trusting.

“I can always run back and get your phone.”

“Lacey has hers.”

He doesn't trust me.

He thinks it might happen all over again—that I'm going to disappear once again.
