Eighty-nine

Rebecca woke up alone in bed, her heart racing from a nightmare. She sat up and looked around the room, her eyes adjusting to the darkness. Andreas wasn't there, and the bed next to her was empty. She took a deep breath and tried to calm down, reminding herself that it was just a bad dream. But the fear lingered, and she couldn't shake it off.

She got out of bed and walked towards the window, staring out into the night. The stars were shining brightly, and the moon was full. She wondered where Andreas could be, and why he wasn't there with her. Her mind started to wander, and she couldn't help but think about the past and how it had led her to where she was now.

As she stood there, lost in thought, she heard the sound of footsteps approaching. She turned around and saw Andreas walking towards her. He had a concerned look on his face, and his hair was tousled from sleep.

"Hey, are you okay?" He asked, his voice soft and gentle.
