Arthur's POV

Bringing Iris into the house wasn't easy. It felt like she weighed a pound, and she being unconscious only made matters worse.

I was strong enough, so after bringing her out of the car, I carried her in a bridal style to my room where she laid on the bed.

I was worried that she was going to get another bad headache, so I sat by her side, waiting for her to wake up until I eventually slept off.

The next morning came by in a breeze and since I knew that Iris wasn't going to be fine when she woke up, I decided not to go to work.

I was just coming out from the bathroom when I saw her rolling in the bed. She was groaning in pain, instantly alarming me.

“Iris?”I moved to her with a worried expression on my face.

“Iris are you alright?” I didn't know why I asked that question when she was clearly groaning in pain.

“I will reach out to the doctor, okay? Just stay where you are and don't move. Be calm,” I instructed, picking up my phone as I went outside the room to avoid her loud
