"I don't know," Samantha said. "However, we need to decide on our next move. If she reveals us, we are both done."

Claire's rage mirrored Samantha's. "I've worked too hard to let this happen. We need to discredit her before she can do any significant harm."

"Exactly," Samantha confirmed. "We need to find a way to turn this around on her, make it look like she's the one causing problems."

Claire considered for a minute. "What if we spread rumours that she is unstable? We may suggest that she's making it up because she's under too much pressure."

Samantha's eyes shone with a wicked glitter. "It's a solid start. We may also exploit her previous connection with Jason against her. Make it seem as if she is still obsessed with him, which is impairing her judgement."

Claire's voice was full with resentment. "And if we can get a few more complaints from parents and teachers, it'll look like a pattern of behaviour."
