Chapter 5

Next day I returned from F city and came to A city . I felt too tired because of travel . So I called my assistant to hand over the files to my husband and came to my home to get some rest . Suddenly I heard a familiar voice calling me.....

"Mom,I missed you so much...." said Sarah.

I smiled at her and replied "I missed you too my baby...."

She hugged my waist tightly and asked me "Why haven't you told me that you are leaving for a business trip.....?"

I held her in my arms and said "It is a sudden meeting . so I didn't informed you my darling . I am so sorry . I missed you a lot my girl...."

She turned her face and  sadly replied me "I won't forgive you this time . you always cheat me with same reason"

I turned her sadistic face and assured her "This is the last time. Please forgive me . Mommy will become so sad if you keep your beautiful face in this way...."

She suddenly kissed me and said "It's ok mom. Don't be sad .I enjoyed my holidays with aunt jenny. We went to the park to meet my friends....!"

I saw her happy face and pinched her cheeks and said "That's my baby girl.."

Then I called jenny and told her to take sarah for playing and went to my room to get some sleep.

I felt somewhat happy after talking to my princess and the stress in my head is somewhat relived. I went to bathroom and had a quick shower. Then I climbed the bed which had a sweet fragrance of my husband and i gradually fell asleep . 

In the middle of the night I felt a hand rubbing my cheeks and kissing my forehead . It was somewhat itchy so I slowly opened my eyes and saw a familiar figure sitting next to me touching my cheeks with a hot palm. He wored a black bathrobe which revelled his upper chest and his lower body. His black hair was wet which dropped water in my forehead.

He gently took me in his arms and kissed me in my lips .Maybe time stopped when his soft lips met mine, but the flutter only intensified. My heart pounded in my chest as my knees got weaker. I could only focus on how soft I felt against his mouth, how addictively he invaded all my senses.

It still wasn’t clear if i dreamed this moment to life, but there was raw emotion in the way my fingers curled around him. I kept my eyes half open, sneaking a guilty peek at him every time he came back for air, just to make sure this wasn’t a product of my imagination.

I wasn’t sure if nature rooted for this moment or if my mind tricked him into a perfect present, but every breath i took smelled like jasmine. If anything, the warm feeling of his breath, although destabilizing, was inviting. This time around I draped both arms around his tall frame and met his lips again halfway.

Heat rose from my stomach to my chest. His lips were getting closer and my heart decided to skip a beat, the smell of him hypnotic beyond reason. I parted my lips and felt him washing over like a wave of warmth, curling my toes, unfurling all my senses as the taste of him nearly silenced all thoughts.

My whole body tingled, the feel of his frame leaning on me as his arms wrapped around me felt nearly forbidden. He pulled me in, claiming my mouth again, hungry and intense, until my knees gave in. By the time I became aware of my fingers, they had already slipped under his bathrobe, his skin smooth and radiating heat.
